     + reviewed the expenses from the show, chuck approved the expenses

· Old Business
  o Committee for Mosaic Gala - (25 minutes)
    * Gala update to include food, invitations, drinks, servers, etc
     + liquor license - chuck talked to ABC and they said we don't need it (they refused to give us one, in fact)
     + wine donated by Caufman Funeral Home
         + getting 2 cases donated, and 2 half cases paid for @ $100.86 by Caufamn
     + Eric Stamos will do the catering if Karen doesn't get back to us by Monday
     + music - Rythm Road with William Lot and Laura Sutton (maybe lola)
     + all four Collins brothers will be there
     + the frame is almost done
     + heath is going to contact the media (paper/TV)
     + sherry is working door, chuck is doing wine, have trash people
     + everyone must DRESS NICE, sport coat or sweater and tie
     + all setup needs to happen on Sunday
        + 11am on Nov 1st to setup
        + door opens at 4
     + assembly at office on Sunday (brooks and heath)
     + SMOKING - not in front of the building
  o Inner Circle - Update (10 minutes) Emily
     + not happening - the grant did not come through
     + being removed from the agenda
  o All in the Timing Update (10 Minutes)
     + ticket sales, $722 + $100 in ads
     + concessions broke even
     + we think we lost a little bit of money (but maybe not once we get a refund for the night we didn't run)
     + postmortem hasn't been scheduled yet, may happen mostly through e-mail
     + we need to draft a formal letter (Secretary!) that will be sent out to the board
     + gift - will be tabled for the next meeting
     + we need to get the ax back from Michael Hurt (that's ours)

· New Business

   + RR Smith Center is interested in having us do performances there
 o Proposals
    * StopKiss (please see attachments)
       + this show ties into Women in the Arts
       + need dimming system - talk to shenanarts - they are moving around this time
       + need stage to raise the actors
       + Brooks: "Costume requirements?"  Jenni: "They will be coming out of the closet."
       + ads - chuck wants to sell ads, and work on "how" we sell our ads
          + could add the sponsors on the website
       + Jenni: "There is a whole production staff put together so I can give birth."
       + approved unanimously
    * PillowMan - Greg will provide hard copies of this proposal at the meeting
       + proposal looks very good!
       + we need Jenni, Brooks and Greg to sit down with Nicole
       + Brooks motion to move forward, approved unanimously
       + Brooks: we need to beat Oak Grove to the punch - have these auditions (and staffing) before

    * Finance Discussion led by Chuck
    * Discussions about elections coming up next month
       + jeff will send an e-mail about nominations, and we'll vote next time
    + Jeff: Julia Vassey wants to use us as a parent company to raise money to perform "Wings" in Japan
       + she'll do everything, just wants to use our 501c3 status and name for grants
    + Barhoppers
       + focus on a fall show: "Best of, Worse of"
    + Storage stuff on the Creamery - have 30 days
       + Brooks will check with storage guy
