	 - summer may not be a good time, writers group bad

	 - concerns about becoming, "the bar-hoppers group"
	 - may do three every two years, eventually
   - need to focus on creating an art event soon
   - board happy with the calendar concept
	 - handles staffing, location tracking tool 
	 - someone responsible for phone calls and the what not (not jenni)
	 - it is understood that this isn't locking stuff in stone 
	   - that happens at the first/second production meeting
   - motion created to create a calendar, passed - NO ONE IN CHARGE YET....
